Have you ever had that thought?
Of course, progress reports and important final decisions are still handled by humans. But we are entering an era where AI can take care of things like brainstorming and organizing discussions.
Our product, SAKINA CLAW, an AI Organizational OS, features a “War Room (Strategic Meeting)” function where AI departments autonomously hold meetings with one another.
This time, we let the AI teams take over the meeting using the War Room function, and we’ll introduce what this new way of working with AI actually looks like at findout.
👥 Before the Meeting: Have 1-on-N Chat Create the Discussion Prompt
First, we use a regular chat to have our AI department members help us roughly define what kind of meeting we want to have.

Once the prompt is complete:
Paste the discussion content: Copy and paste the meeting prompt created by AI earlier. Select AI departments: Check the AI members needed for the meeting. Meeting atmosphere (Creative Function): Select the desired level of energy/tension for the discussion.

Timer & Attach Materials: Set the meeting duration and attach the project proposal or other relevant files, then click “Create and Enter Meeting Room”.
📍 Start the Meeting — Real-Time AI Discussions & Automatic Accumulation of an “Action Plan (TODO)”
Once the meeting starts, the AI members discuss the topic from the perspectives of their respective specialized departments.
The “Discussion Flow” is visualized in real time, while an “Action Plan” area appears on the right.
Specific TODO tasks are continuously added and accumulated as the discussion progresses.
🔚 End of the Meeting: Podcast Generation & a Complete Meeting Record
Once the meeting comes to an end, the meeting minutes are automatically completed.
Podcast Summary: An approximately 3-minute audio summary of the key points from the meeting is automatically generated, allowing you to catch up on the discussion while on the go.
Decisions & Pending Items: Important decisions are organized into cards.
Actionable Deliverables: A TODO list is immediately generated with the responsible AI department and completion criteria attached. This can include deliverables such as presentation materials (PPTX), analysis formats (XLSX), reports (PDF), and more.
✏️Request & Execute with One Click! And this is where it gets even more interesting.
The things that need to be created or done after the meeting can be directly assigned to the relevant AI department and executed.
The things that were identified as “what needs to be done” during the meeting don’t simply get left behind.
Instead, they connect directly within the system to the actual process of creating and executing the required deliverables.
Conclusion From creating prompts → AI-to-AI discussions → TODO generation → podcast summaries → task execution An AI system that handles the entire process seamlessly.
